So, we get a call from Kristina yesterday saying she was taking Ellie to insta-care.
She had split her lip open. They sent her to the hospital, where a Plastic Surgeon had to sew her up. She is such a beautiful little girl and doesn't need any scars.
She told her Mom later that she liked her red hair. (I don't know if she knew it was blood.)

Ah, that's too bad. Hope she's feeling better.
My wonderful sister, Blanche gave me great words of advice when we had out first daughter... "if your kids ever need stitches on their face... insist on a plastic surgeon". I have passed that advice on to my friends and it has saved a lot of face scarring. Thank goodness there was one there!!!
Oh no!!!! Poor Ellie!! I bet she won't scar. Kids are good at healing.
