SUN & SAND

Sand & Sun always a good mix.

Here's the fantastic Grandpa who carried the sand under the shade for them.

When our kids were home. We spent a lot of time in the hills,
on the sands and anywhere we could enjoy being together.
We had a lot of fun and made lots of memories,
I hope they all remember them.
They always had a comment about this little school house, so I
thought I would post it for them.
Oh, to have our kids home again.
(I will not cry, I will not cry)

SMITH'S MESA AND MISS GWEN

A couple of FHE's ago, we went to Smith's Mesa.
This is Gwen cutting her fancy "Artisan bread' she made in the dutch oven.
Very pretty to look at, better to eat. The Home made jam, Delicious!!!

TAKES MY BREATH AWAY

Yesterday we went to Kolob to check out 'Girls Camp'
The whole time we are going up or down the mountain, I am saying,"It is so beautiful !"
Then I held the camera out the window and shot, shot, shot.

This doesn't show the flowers, but there are yellow, red, and purple flowers everywhere.

I love this one, glad Kenneth's truck hood was clean and shinny.

This one is for Madison and Ellie who love horses.

I should have been smiling.

AND THE DESERT SHALL BLOOM

And the desert shall bloom like a Rose.
Today we saw some beautiful Cactus flowers.
If you get the chance go out and see some.
They are just starting to bloom.

THE GOLDEN GIRLS

I just happen to be listening to the "THE GOLDEN GIRLS"
Dorothy (Bea Arthur) is telling about the time her sister broke her favorite doll. She was pretty mad. Then she says she realized that a SISTER is harder to replace than a doll.
I love my sisters so very much and I thought how true that was.

MY NEW PURSE

I wanted to crochet something fun,
so I made a new purse.
The inside is the cutest,

I may have to turn it inside out.
